Join the Linkages Committee for our 21st Annual Transition Linkages Vendor Fair!

This FREE event brings together self-advocates, parents, educators, and related professionals to learn more about adult services, transition planning, and program options for young adults ages 14–25.

Meet with representatives from 50+ vendors serving Westchester County and surrounding areas to explore resources and services for young adults currently in high school and planning their transition to adult services, or who have recently exited high school.

Learn. Connect. Explore. Find information, ask questions, and connect with organizations that can help you navigate the transition to adulthood.

Pre-registration is not required, but it is encouraged!

  • New Vendors: If you have not participated as a Transition Linkages vendor in the past, please complete our Vendor Interest Form. A member of the Linkages Committee will follow up with you with additional information.

  • Returning Vendors: Please review the vendor invitation previously emailed to you and complete the online vendor registration form provided. If you have questions about registration, please contact Jacie Feuer at jfeuer@arcwestchester.org.

  Vendor registration and payment must be completed by September 23, 2026, to secure your spot.
